You can give in two ways:
- Online with our form below. This form allows for recurring or one time gifts to the Arizona Mission Fund or to multiple other funds for Disciples ministry in Arizona.
- By check, mailed to PO Box 6193, Scottsdale, AZ 85261. You are invited to join those who have chosen to make an automatic recurring gift via their bank’s bill pay system. If you would like some assistance with this, please contact the Regional Office.
