While the sections below will outline a few areas, we intentionally disable comments and media uploads in most areas of our website. Contact forms and subscriptions options will collect the data necessary for us to receive your contact, or subscription choice. Both of these are optional, and to be used at the users discretion.

Contact forms will collect personal information necessary for us to receive your contact, and respond if appropriate. Contact information may be used internally by our office, staff, or leadership when appropriate to resolve issues related to the contact, and may be forwarded to a General Church or associated ministry when necessary.

In general we do not share any data with any third parties. Occasionally we may share information with the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in the United States and Canada or its related ministries. In most cases this is non person specific information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
