We have some great news. We will be receiving 2018 Summer Camp Registrations online!

This option means our process for registrations will be a little different this year. Outlined below in detail is that new process. The last page of this document will include all the links you need in one place as a reference. If you have any questions, please contact the Regional Office.

Summer Camp Registration Timeline

March

March 5:         Online Registrations Open

Parent/Guardian(s) will be able to complete their registrations starting March 5 at https://docgeneralassembly.webconnex.com/2018AZSummerCamp. Families with more than one youth attending camp will only need to complete the form once. At the time they register they will not be charged any registration fees but will be shown the total cost of their registrations and instructed to contact their church office to arrange payments. We hope this encourages parents/guardians to register well before the April 21 Early Bird Deadline.

March 12:       Paper Registrations and Camp Packets Arrive at Churches

Each church will still receive a packet including a few paper registration forms, camp flyers, and these instructions. All items in the packet will also be available online at http://azdisciples.org/ministries/youth-children/.

April

April 21:          Early Bird Deadline

Registrations (online or by mail) received by April 21 will receive the Early Bird discounted rate, $360. The online form will automatically adjust to reflect the Regular rate $385 after April 21.

April 23:          Churches Receive Camper Lists to Verify

The Regional Office will email each church a list of all campers who have registered before the Early Bird Deadline with a request to:

  1. Confirm that each child listed will be attending from their church,
  2. Send a check (or pay online at https://docgeneralassembly.givingfuel.com/arizona-camp-portal) for the total amount owed for Early Bird registrations campers, and
  3. Send any pastoral concerns/information for all campers.

These should be received by the Regional Office no later than April 30.

April 30:          Regional Receipt of All Early Bird Registration Funds

May

May 1:             Cancelation Deadline with 50% refund

If a cancelation of a registration must occur between May 1 and May 19, a 50% refund will be given. Please contact the Regional Office should a cancelation be required.

May 19:           Regular Registration ($385) Ends

Registrations after May 19 will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact the Regional Office should you wish to add a registration after May 19. No refunds will be given after May 19.

May 21:           Churches Receive Camper Lists

The Regional Office will email each church a list of all campers who have registered between April 21 and May 19 with a request to:

  1. Confirm that each child listed will be attending from their church,
  2. Send a check for the total amount owed for all registrations received after April 21, and
  3. Send any pastoral concerns/information for newly registered campers.

These should be received by the Regional Office no later than May 29.

May 29:           Regional Receipt of All Regular Registration Funds

Online Registration Form

Parents/guardians use this form to register their child(ren)/youth. Your church will only have to collect paper registrations, any activity waiver forms, and payments. As mentioned in the timeline, the Regional Office will communicate with churches the registrations received on April 23 and May 21.

At each deadline (Early Bird and Regular), churches may choose to send payment one of two ways.

  1. Send a check (as normal).
  2. Pay online with a credit card here: https://docgeneralassembly.givingfuel.com/arizona-camp-portal.

There is a 3% additional charge to utilize the convenience of online payment to cover the costs of being able to accept the online payment. If you have any questions about this, please contact the Regional Office.
