The Congregational Vitality & Transformation team (CVT) exists to equip Disciples of Christ leaders in Arizona take bold steps toward fulfilling the mission of Jesus Christ in a time when traditional church structures show declining rates of effectiveness. The CVT will continue to organize a variety of resources and opportunities to help leaders – including, but not limited to, education, training, peer groups, and coaching – all geared toward the Great Commission of making disciples of Jesus Christ and carrying out His mission of compassion and justice in our various communities.

We are happy to welcome Dr. Richard “Dick” Hamm back to Arizona to lead this Elder Training Event! As congregations seek to become transforming, leaders must be equipped to live into new places and practices of ministry.
Dick Hamm will invite Elders to a time of discovery and sharing about this role of Elders Today.
